Although I was once a “pizza face” I no longer am
thanks to an acne control program that worked for me.
In Part 2 we are going to take a look at zit popping,
controlling the cow effect, miracle water and avoiding fake
food. I want to share something with you that I hope will be
a blessing to you.
You and I are wonderfully made but what we put in our
bodies and on our bodies is really bad for them. What I
discovered in my war on zits is that there were really
simple steps I could take to win the war.
One of those steps I took but my younger brother George
did not. He was a “pizza face” also but the outcome for
him was much worse than it was for me.
To this day I eat my cabbage and brocolli, and have
learned to like it Now my brother came along and he was
allowed to leave what he wanted on his plate.
An unbalanced diet gave my brother teriible acne
scars Now I did more zit popping than George my
borther but got no bad acne scarring. Experts said
fresh fruit and vegetables helped my body recover
from the zit invasion.
Heaps of people tell you to lay of zit popping but truth
is I never could. What I did do that stopped the spread
of the zits was wait until they had a good head. Then I
got a hot face towel and dabbed it on them and
carefully wiped up the zit goo.
The cow’s milk effect being revealed “accidentially”
really was a blessing in disguise when compared
to all the plans I had on how to get rid of zits. As a
result of being without the milk I had great acne
clearing..
