Keeping it clean is not the issue. They are caused by ingrown hairs that accumulate keratin (the stuff that makes hair) at the clogged pore. You will see many on the back on men that work outside because they do get dirty, the pores get clogged, and the area is difficult to clean. But for the most part, cleanliness is not an issue and it’s insulting to insinuate that these people are unclean. BTW, don’t you clean your butt?
thats not going to help. i have a cyst myself but near my buttocks, i’m scheduled to get it removed this on the 14th..seriously your friend needs to keep clean its one of the reasons why they appear
Wow. He’s had two surgeries before these videos? Are the surgeons removing a core each time? I hope something works for him soon. Looks painful. Thanks for sharing.

Good job and great video. If you continue to try and remove it yourself, please film it and share it with us. Also, make a bigger incision. It will reduce swelling and bruising.
Great video, but your friend definitely needs to see a doctor to get all the rest of that out. Good luck, and please take a video camera to the hospital! 
i do but according to them i wasn’t doing a ”really good job at it”. anyhow after i get it removed i’m going to keep caution
