Some say it’s a cure AND a blessing. Would’ve been cool if at birth we were given ther choice if we want periods or not eh? For those who don’t want kids!!
Lol, but all jokes aside, periods are not only for babies, it’s a cleansing system to remove toxins. BUT WHY USSSSSSSSSSS *sigh* lol girl stay strong.

im 12 and i had my 1st on christmas last year…it sucked more than freaking hell!!! i got all moody and tired and stuff and didnt wanna do anything

There isnt anything wrong with you i know people who are ur age that havnt had it. There is nothing wrong with u u are just VERY lucky. Seriously the longer it takes the better x

Wait for the appropriate time to say it (not at the dinner table!) If you feel more comfortable saying it to only one of them, that works. Lol the day I got mine for the first time my dad ran straight to the Pharmacy and bought pads haha. Might be embarrassing at first, but it should fade off.

Very very true. I noticed when I do a lot of movement it dilutes the pain and moves it around to separate instead of staying in a tight ball. But it only works if I start moving non stop right when the pain begins…if I wait longer it’s too late. And yup a positive attitude attracts positive energy too. Harder than it sounds though…

the best way too avoid a cramp is to get great amount of eersize!! and be happy

nothing to be embarrassed about. every female gets her period! shit, i got mine when i was 10 or 11 my sister got hers when she was 10. its nothing!! Just wait til you have to get your first pelvic exam/pap smear. lol!!

If you have sever cramps you might want to go to the Gynecologist. you could have endometriosis…i think thats the name. Anyway, trust me it is really painful!!

Oh, and you CAN use tampons at 12. I first got my period when i was 10 and have had it every month since then (10 years) and I have used tampons since…I think it was the second time I started!
