since he didnt reply I will. Either go to a derm and have him or her injected with cortizone. It will be totally gone in forty eight hours. You can do that or you can mix one tablespoon of sea salt (not table salt only sea salt) mix it with three tablespoons of water, add the mixture to a cotton ball or a paper towel and use it as a compress for fifteen minutes. Wash it off. Do this a few times a day. It works for me everytime

Thats complicated. I dont do it that way. What I do is first I wash my hands with warm water and soap. Then I grab a paper towel and I either cut it in half or I get two separate paper towels and wrap them around each index finger so that I dont use my nails. I then apply pressure around the whitehead until I see either blood or the clear liquid. Then I stop and I hold the paper towel on the zit for awhile. If the zit isnt ready I do the sea salt method
